There are few brands out there I feel really strongly for. Most plus size brands these days have managed to provoke me in some way. Either by the way they have handled their social media or the way they have gone away from their true plus size branding. Less and less brands seem to be true to the plus size roots these days which is a shame as I think it's so much choice for the ones that can fit into anything under a size 24. For everyone above a size 24 the choices are radically fewer.



I've always loved colourful clothes and the more colours the better. So when I came across this fairly new brand Plus Equals I immediately fell in love. Cause the colours!! All the colours!! And the prints, sequins and wow.   And the quirkiness of their design. And I fell even more in love when I saw their size range! They are making designer outfits in sizes from 14 to 42 and also made to measure for no extra cost. Isn't that amazing? I think it's absolutely fantastic!!!! I can't wait to get my hands on a piece of their design and with my birthday coming up very soon I know what I will be wishing for!!

They are based in Brighton and that didn't surprise me at all since Brighton is such a vibrant city. They also upcycle items and sell on their website so if you're looking for something a bit different keep an eye out for it on their website.

I have not been paid to write this post, I'm just writing it cause I really love this brand so much and think it's important to support indie brands that are size inclusive and also dare to do something a bit different.

I love all these looks so much. I could wear it all without a doubt. It's so colourful and fun and that is what fashion is supposed to be. Fun! Pushing your limits. Dare to be a bit different too. I love the Natalia dress so much I'm going to ask for it for my birthday. It would make a proper statement and be a dress with a wow factor.
