I was so lucky to be asked to review this beautiful Velma duster coat from Pink Clove* a while ago and I have had the photos on my computer since forever. I've just been so poorly lately so I haven't had much energy to write. I've started this long winding road to try and find out what is wrong and why I keep fainting all the time and in addition feel like shit most of the time. I won't go into too much detail in this post, but I have a whole long list of symptoms that makes it difficult from day to day to plan much.
But back to this beautiful duster coat. I've never really had a duster coat before, so it was definitely something new for me and that is what this blog is all about. With its pretty lace sleeves, it makes it quite a dressy item so I thought I would wear it in a more toned down way as I was wearing it to a coffee date with my mother in law.
I chose to team it with a simple t-shirt and a pair of jeggings which I think works well for a casual look with this coat. I'm wearing a size 26 here and it's a good fit. It's an edge to edge jacket, but the size makes nice room for my huge chest as I hate it when jackets and coats looks like they are three sizes to small over my boobs. It's a nice stretchy material, so it gives a good fit everywhere else as well.
The lace sleeves are gorgeous and I like it that they are 3/4 length. The lace is soft and not scratchy at all. I also like the splits on each side as it gives more movement to the coat.

Keeping it simple with black shoes and black handbag. Accessories in silver and black.
